The app includes optional wellness tools. If you choose to use them, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Body weight entries and the dates you record them.
• Meals and foods you log, including calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat).
• Water intake.
• Fasting start and end times, and your fasting schedule preferences.
• Goals and targets you set, such as a daily protein target, goal weight, or activity level, along with details used to calculate them (for example height, age, sex, and activity level in the protein calculator).
• Dietary preferences and restrictions you select, such as gluten free, dairy free, or nut free.

You are never required to use the wellness tools in order to order food. If you do not enter this information, we do not collect it.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to operate the features you asked for. Specifically, to display your daily and historical tracking, calculate your progress and trends, generate the targets and reminders you set up, and highlight menu items that match the dietary preferences you selected. We do not use your health and wellness information for advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions about you outside the app.

We do not sell it

We do not sell your personal information, including your health and wellness information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Who can access it

Your wellness information is stored in your account and is visible to you. Our service providers process it only on our behalf and only to keep the app running (see the Service Providers section of this policy). Staff access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service, provide support you request, or comply with law.

Sensitive information under California law

California law treats certain health related information as sensitive personal information. We limit our use of the wellness information described above to providing the features you requested and to purposes permitted by law. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

Your choices and control

You can:

• Delete individual entries at any time inside the app (for example, removing a logged meal or weight entry).
• Stop using the wellness tools at any time; your ordering account continues to work.
• Request deletion of your wellness information, or of your entire account, by contacting us at team@trufoodco.com
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

How long we keep it

We keep your wellness information for as long as your account is active so your history and trends remain available to you. If you delete an entry, it is removed from your account. If you delete your account or ask us to delete this information, we delete it or de-identify it, except where we are required to retain records by law.

The wellness tools, including calculated targets and the fasting program, are for general informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk to your doctor before starting any fasting, weight change, or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have diabetes or any other medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.

Age limit

The app, including the wellness tools, is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect health information from anyone under 18.

• Process and fulfill orders, including delivery coordination.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve our menu, website, and overall customer experience.
